Now open: Pho Leo in Mesa

Vietnamese restaurant Pho Leo has opened in the former Fritz’s Footlong Bar & Grill space on the northwest corner of Gilbert and University in Mesa. The menu features nine kinds of pho, plus various noodle and rice dishes.
