HopWerks, the craft beer bar that replaced World of Beer at San Tan Village in Gilbert last October, has closed after less than five months. The two other former WOB locations in Arizona – in Tempe and Tucson – were bought by Scottsdale-based Square One Concepts and rebranded as its Wasted Grain concept, but don’t be surprised to see them soon re-rebranded as something new.
