Boca Taqueria, which opened a second location on the northwest corner of Higley and Baseline in Gilbert last month, officially will celebrate its grand opening Saturday.
From 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Boca will be giving away free bean and cheese burritos. In addition, there will be $2 house margaritas and $2 draft beers. Fresh roasted chiles can be purchased for $1 per bag.
There also will be face-painting for children, and the Hot Cookie Truck will be serving pizzookies.
The event will include neighboring businesses Fresche and FitnessWorks. From 8-11 a.m., Fresche will be giving away free mini protein shakes and the gym will have coupons and giveaways.
Boca’s original location opened in north Mesa in 2015.
