Ticoz Latin Kitchen, a Latin fusion restaurant that’s operated on Seventh Street just north of Camelback in Phoenix for more than 10 years, will close after Sunday’s dinner service.

According to the restaurant’s Facebook post:

It is time to announce the closing of Ticoz. We have had a wonderful run. Unfortunately, the onslaught of new competition has taken its toll. ... It is possible we may reopen again in the future.

Seventh Street has been one of the hottest areas in the Valley for new restaurant openings in the last year or two.

It’s also experienced a number of high-profile closures this summer, including The Herb Box in May and Barrio Urbano in June.
