Mac and cheese and tacos highlight a menu revamp at Flanny’s Bar and Grill in south Tempe.

Three mac and cheese dishes ($11.59) are now available: original, chipotle, and poblano, and each comes with a side salad.

Taco lovers will find four options ($10.49): ancho chili shrimp, mango habanero chicken, pineapple pulled pork or steak tacos.

Other new additions:

  • Popper Burger ($11.89, pictured) stuffed with jalapenos, onion straws, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  • Veggie Burger ($11.29) topped with pesto aioli, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
  • “Jersey Style” Sloppy Joe ($10.49) with hand-carved turkey, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and Russian dressing on toasted sourdough.
  • Beer Braised Sausage Sandwich ($10.79) with Schreiner’s local hot link, sautéed onions, coleslaw, and melted pepper jack cheese.
  • BBQ Chicken Breast ($9.89) with house BBQ sauce, onion straws, and shredded cheddar and jack cheese.

Lunch specials are still available from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday. A Sonoran Chicken Salad Sandwich, Cheese Crisp, Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap, and a half sandwich with a side salad are just $8.50.
