BottleShop 48 in Tempe will host its first Beer 101 class with The Perch Brewery from Chandler at 6:30 p.m. today.
The Perch brewer Steene Routh will discuss how beer is made, beer terminology, and popular styles of beer.
Cost is $10 per person and include three 10-ounce pours.
