After 21 years in business, Floridino’s Pizza & Pasta in Chandler is hosting its first-ever wine dinner at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30.
Floridino’s is teaming up with Santa Margherita on a four-course menu with wine pairings:
- 1st course: Summer salad with walnuts and strawberries tossed in a Prosecco vinaigrette. Paired with Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio.
- 2nd course: Pyhllo lasagna with sausage, three-cheese blend and spinach topped with a tomato-basil crème fraîche. Paired with Sassoregale Sangiovese.
- 3rd course: Country-style pork ribs braised in a red wine sauce on top of a creamy cauliflower risotto. Paired with Feudo Zirtari Nero d Avola Syrah.
- 4th course: Cold Brew tiramisu. Paired with Torresella Prosecco.
