Chandler brewpub The Perch, closed for the past 12 days for construction to expand its kitchen, will open both of its bars today. It will be tapping a fresh batch of Route to Fruit imperial strawberry IPA (8.1% ABV, 71 IBUs) on the rooftop bar. The kitchen is still closed, so no food will be available.
