After a three-week kitchen closure for renovations, The Perch brewery and pub in downtown Chandler has introduced a new menu of $12 lunch specials, available from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday:
- Chicken Caesar Wrap: Grilled chicken, spiced croutons, romaine lettuce, shaved asiago, baby heirloom tomatoes, and chipotle Caesar dressing wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla.
- Chandler City Wrap: Grilled chicken, arugula, cranberries, blue cheese vinaigrette, and candied walnuts wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla.
- Turkey Pita: Turkey, basil hummus, baby heirloom tomatoes, and feta wrapped in pita bread.
- Grilled Cheese: Cheddar cheese, spinach and artichoke dip, fried green tomato, and bacon.
- Pepperoni Pizza: Marinara, provolone, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
- Watermelon Salad: Watermelon, candied walnuts, pickled onions, jalapeños, and feta.
- Chicken Caesar Salad: Grilled chicken, spiced croutons, romaine lettuce, shaved asiago, baby heirloom tomatoes, and chipotle Caesar dressing.
- Brick Oven Four Cheese Mac: Campanelle pasta smothered in American and white cheddar cheese sauce covered with provolone, mozzarella, and ancho bread crumbs (pictured).
- Corned Beef Sandwich: Corned beef braised with our Irish Red Ale, remoulade, provolone cheese, cabbage, pickled onions, and jalapeños on jalapeño cornbread ($17)
All are $12 apiece except for Corned Beef Sandwich, which is $17.
All sandwiches and wraps are served with mesquite BBQ chips. You can substitute tots, steak fries, house salad, house soup, or brewer’s veggies for $2.
