Chase’s Diner in Chandler celebrates its 20th anniversary this weekend with three days of events.

From 9 a.m.-noon Friday, the restaurant will host a “Friendor Fair” featuring its vendors on site interacting with guests and offering fun for the kids. “Funky Chicken” from Hickman’s Family Farms will make an appearance.

When doors open at 6 a.m. Saturday, the first 50 guests in line will get a voucher for a free short stack of Chase’s buttermilk pancakes. These 50 guests also will be eligible to win T-shirts, gift cards, a flat-screen TV or a grand prize of a year’s supply of free pancakes.

From 8 a.m.-noon Sunday, Chase’s will be collecting wish list items (leashes, collars, toys, etc.) and monetary donations for Maricopa County Animal Care and Control. The restaurant will match all monetary donations.

Chase’s Diner, owned by Skip and Nancy Chase, is located on the northwest corner of Alma School and Warner.
