Denver’s Great Divide Brewing will be the featured brewery for this month’s tap takeover from 6-9 p.m. today at Flanny’s Bar & Grill in south Tempe.

The brewery has been around since 1994 and perhaps is best known for its legendary Yeti imperial stout (9.5% ABV).

Tonight’s takeover will feature 18 Great Divide beers, including an incredible eight variations of Yeti, including Oatmeal Yeti, Chai Yeti, and even Barred Aged Mexican Hot Chocolate Yeti.

On the lighter, fruitier side, Strawberry Rhubarb Sour, which just joined Great Divide’s year-round lineup a couple months ago, will be on tap, as well as Barrel Aged Blood Orange Sour.

Three of the brewery’s four current seasonals – Orabelle Belgian Style Tripel, Roadie Grapefruit Radler and a barrel-aged version of Hibernation English Style Old Ale – will be available. Fresh Hop will represent its Tank Series.

One of the more unusual beers will be Spooky Bird Ghost, a collaboration with fellow Coloradi brewery Odd 13. The tropical Brett blonde has notes of stone fruit, papaya, and pineapple.
