The Woodshed in Tempe will host ‘‘Casey’s Woodshed: Massive Makeover Reveal Party’’ at 6 p.m. today.

Earlier this year, the neighborhood sports bar and grill, which opened in 1978 on the southwest corner of Mill and Baseline, won a contest for a $25,000 brand overhaul by Alphagraphics and the Awe Collective.

The rebranding includes an interior/exterior makeover, updated logo and marketing materials, new signage and collaterals, and apparel.

“The old girl really needed some TLC to attract new customers, but still keep her dive-bar vibes for the longtime fans,’’ says well-known Valley mixologist Brandon Casey (pictured), who bought The Woodshed last year. ‘‘I can’t wait to see what they come up with!”

Tonight’s reveal party will feature two-for-one well drinks, $3 beers, $5 draft Moscow Mules, and 50-cent wings.

The first 50 fans will win a commemorative coin good for happy hour for life.

In addition, through Halloween, any patrons who show up wearing any sports jersey will get 25% off their food tab.
