Called The Churchill, the 14,000-square-foot micro marketplace will be constructed of 19 repurposed shipping containers on the northeast corner of Garfield and First Street.

The containers, which will surround a central courtyard, will be home to 10 restaurants, bars, and shops.

Previously announced tenants include Pobrecito, a new cocktail concept from the team behind Counter Intuitive and Undertow, and Freak Brothers Pizza.

The remaining tenants will be announced in the coming weeks. A grand opening is planned for spring.

Pedal Haus opened in 2015. Its core beers include Haus IPA, American Hoppy Lager, and Bière Blanche wheat beer.
