Reservations are available between 5-8 p.m. for a special three-course menu with optional wine pairings:
- 1st course: Crab meat, citrus segments, shaved fennel & avocado with fresh tortilla chip (paired with Burgans Albarino, Spain)
- 2nd course: Wild mushroom & caramelized onion tart topped with baby arugula (paired with Steelhead Pinot Noir, Sonoma)
- 3rd course: Butternut squash ravioli with the Pork Shop’s sage sausage, red onion, roasted peppers, sweet corn & sage (paired with House of Independent Merlot, Washington)
