The three-course dinners feature three new dishes from chef Romeo Taus’ creative kitchen crew paired with three wines selected by the knowledgable waitstaff:

- Besos de Vaca (right): Slow-cooked beef cheek, eloté-style corn, roasted asparagus, sweet potatoes, and shredded carrots. Paired with 2013 Cuvaison Estate Pinot Noir.
- Debbie’s Chocolate Concoction: Hazelnut and chocolate. Paired with 2012 Conn Creek Anthology Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley.
