June 20: Monthly ‘3rd Tuesday’ dinner at Romeo’s Euro Cafe in Gilbert

Romeo3rdTuesday061517A pan-seared lamb tenderloin will be the featured entree for this month’s ‘‘3rd Tuesday’’ dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, at Romeo’s Euro Cafe in downtown Gilbert.

The three-course dinners feature three new dishes from chef Romeo Taus’ creative kitchen crew paired with three wines selected by the knowledgable waitstaff:

  • Cochon 3 way: Chorizo, manchego, potato, pepita fritters, BLT spicy mayo, ribs with bean stew. Paired with 2015 Sobon Estate Viognier.
  • Lambastique: Pan-seared lamb tenderloin, sauté vegetable Israeli couscous, shaved asparagus kimchi. Paired with 2013 Cuvaison Pinot Noir Carneros.
  • Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Tart: Paired with 2012 Chateau Ste. Michelle Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
