1st look at Litchfield’s farm-to-table menu

Litchfield’s, the new showcase restaurant at the Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, will open next Friday.

The bankrupt resort was bought by Jerry Colangelo and partners in 2009, and famed chef Chris Bianco (Pizzeria Bianco, Pane Bianco) was consulted to develop a new farm-to-table restaurant.

Brian Cooper (pictured), whose pedigree includes Lon’s and T. Cook’s, is chef de cuisine.
