Chef talk: Brian Peterson of Cork

Even after 11 years in Arizona, Brian Peterson remains a Chicagoan at heart.

For the chef and part-owner of Cork and the upcoming BLD in Chandler, that includes rooting for his Chicago Bears and enjoying Chicago pizza – even if he had to go to extreme lengths to get it:

I used to get my pizza FedExed from Chicago out here. On dry ice. I don’t now because I don’t want to pay for it anymore.
