It didn’t take long for Ana Borrajo to land on her feet. Less than a month after closing her Sapna Café in downtown Phoenix, Borrajo has been hired as chef of Pomegranate Café in Ahwatukee.
Like Sapna, year-old Pomegranate (pictured) offers healthy, vegetarian cuisine.
