Phoenix’s Lux Coffee Bar is moving into a vacant space next door – tripling its size – and turning into a “public house.”
Owner Jeff Fischer says the new place – yet to be named – will be a “beverage-driven pub” with small plates served at the counter and bar.
“Public House” seems to be the term du jour. Citizen Public House recently opened in Scottsdale, and La Grande Orange Public House is opening this spring in downtown Phoenix.
