Tryst Café, which opened in late December at Desert Ridge but only has been offering breakfast (pictured: the breakfast burrito) and lunch, has started dinner service.

Tryst also has introduced a cocktail menu that includes organic wines, spirits and beer, plus blended drinks like homemade sangria, mojitos, fresh fruit mimosas and martinis.
