Monti’s La Casa Vieja in Tempe is celebrating its 55th anniversary with the help of some of the Valley’s top chefs.
Each month, a visiting chef will serve a special dinner menu for one night.
Eddie Matney (Eddie’s House) will kick things off Feb. 22, followed by Beau MacMillan (Elements) on March 29 and Matt Carter (Zinc Bistro, The Mission) on April 26.
