Four months after taking over Adobe Restaurant, chef Wade Moises is out.
Moises, you may recall, left Sassi in north Scottsdale to launch PastaBar in 2009, but left the downtown Phoenix eatery in August 2010.
He was hired in September to remake Adobe, an American café at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, into a European gastropub.
Despite a favorable review of Adobe in this month’s Phoenix Magazine, a commenter on this blog points out Moises and Adobe have gone their separate ways, and the café has returned to its former menu.
A call to Adobe confirms Ken Jones is now running the kitchen.
