Two Hippies, the chain of ’60s-themed, ultra-casual eateries that started in 2007, is opening four more restaurants, bringing its Valley total to 19:
• A Two Hippies Beach House and Groovy Bar opened this week at Greenway Parkway and Cave Creek Road in northeast Phoenix,
• A Two Hippies Beach House, serving sandwiches and salads, will open in mid-February at Baseline and Alma School in Mesa.
• A Two Hippies Gone Stir Crazy, serving stir-fried Asian dishes, will open late this month at 40th Street and Thomas.
• A Two Hippies Life’s A Picnic, serving salads and soups, will open this spring on the ground level of the Luhrs Building in downtown Phoenix.
