Oscar Mastrantuono, owner of Bomberos Café & Wine Bar in Phoenix, says his South American bistro may be forced to close at the end of the month.
Mastrantuano and his landlord are at an impasse over the lease, which expired last June but has been continued on a month-to-month basis.
Bomberos’ building is a former fire department complex – a perfect fit for a restaurant whose name means “firemen” in Spanish.
