Bonfire Grill & Bar, which took over the former Furio building in Old Town Scottsdale, will open March 1.
Bonfire, which has a wood-fired grill, will offer a menu of New American cuisine created by consulting chef Matt Carter (Zinc Bistro and The Mission).
Owners Robbie Swann and Cheri Smith say prices will be moderate, with appetizers ranging between $5 and $10, entrees between $13 and $21 and desserts around $7.
At night, there will be live music and DJs.
