Had the pleasure of trying out Kitchen 56 last weekend with a group of friends. Thankfully we made reservations because it was filling up fast. We started out with a large variety of appetizers and all were fantastic, but I have to give a special nod to the pulled pork and corn cakes, it was out of this world!. As a side dish I highly suggest the braised red cabbage, light and delicious. The wine list had all my favorites! I shared the herb chicken with a friend and it too was very good. It was raining hard when we were there, but the patio looked like it would be allot of fun! Wendy R.
