Thirteenorth Grille has taken over the north Phoenix space that used to house Marcellino Ristorante.
Owner Chase Herrick and chef Thomas Ryan describe the new restaurant as an “American neighborhood grill.”
Marcellino moved to Old Town Scottsdale last year.
