A sure sign that spring has arrived: Culver’s kicks off its popular walleye promotion today.
Every year, the Wisconsin-based fast-food chain offers walleye – which many consider the best-tasting freshwater fish (and one that’s very difficult to find on Arizona menus) – for a limited time.
The walleye, floured and dipped in batter, is available as a sandwich (topped with tartar sauce and cheese on a hoagie roll) or a dinner (with choice of two sides and a dinner roll).
Culver’s has six Valley locations in Phoenix, Mesa, Peoria and Surprise. Others will open soon in Paradise Valley, Glendale and Casa Grande.
