A week after last week’s raids by sheriff deputies, three Pei Wei Asian Diners still don’t have enough workers to reopen:
- Seventh Street and Glendale Avenue in Phoenix
- Guadalupe and McClintock in Tempe
- Shea Boulevard and Eagle Mountain Parkway in Fountain Hills
Parent  company P.F. Chang’s China Bistro hasn’t announced reopening dates yet.
Twenty-seven people were arrested March 4 during an identity-theft investigation.
At the time of the arrests, Sheriff Joe Arpaio said he believed more than 120 Pei Wei employees used false identities from around the nation, so the probe is ongoing.
