Conspire, the downtown Phoenix gallery-and-coffeehouse-turned-vegan-bakery, is reinventing itself again.
The business, which has been serving smoothies and vegan baked goods for the past few months, will gradually add a full vegan menu (along with some non-vegan items) that will include more “hearty comfort foods.”
