Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, a Louisana-based chain that bills itself as the leading fast-casual chicken fingers restaurant in the nation, is planning to open its first two Arizona restaurants in Phoenix.
The first is scheduled to open at Peoria Avenue and I-17 in August. The second will open at 44th Street and Thomas in October.
Raising Cane’s, which offers only chicken fingers and side dishes, was founded in Baton Rouge, La., in 1996 and currently has 90 restaurants in 14 states.
