Bryan’s Black Mountain Barbecue chef Bryan Dooley is known for his catchphrase “Trust your chef.” It’s his typical three-word response when someone asks about one of his delicious dishes.
Now, Dooley is spreading the word with T-shirts, which are available at the Cave Creek restaurant for $16.
Dooley explains:
My guests had been asking and asking when would I come out with a T-shirt for them. Well, it’s here. The actual idea came from my desire for people to try a dish the way a chef has prepared it, so that they get the full experience. Â After tasting a dish, you can make changes if you want but first try it the way a chef has intended.
