Two more Valley restaurants are stepping up to help Japanese earthquake victims.
Sushi Roku in Scottsdale is donating 25 percent of all proceeds today to the Red Cross and its Japanese relief efforts. The promotion extends to Sushi Roku’s sister restaurants in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
On Tuesday, Sprinkles in Scottsdale will be selling special Red Cross Red Velvet cupcakes, from which 100 percent of proceeds will be donated. During a similar promotion for Haiti relief last year, Sprinkles raised $20,000.
