Crudo just announced its first-ever cocktail dinner – a three-course meal paired with drinks featuring Wisconsin micro-distillery Death’s Door Spirits – at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 30.
The second and third dishes will be made from a whole pig that chef Cullen Campbell is getting just for the Scottsdale dinner:
- 1st course: Tuna crudo with tonnato (with green chili-infused vodka Bloody Mary)
- 2nd course: Suckling head cheese with pickled beets and truffle (Death’s Door gin with hand-squeezed Key lime)
- 3rd course: Suckling pig conserva wtih sausage Anson Mills polenta (white whiskey and Drambuie pearls)
