Two more Valley restaurants are helping victims of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami:
- From 10 p.m. to midnight tonight, Posh chef-owner Josh Hebert will donate half of his proceeds to the Red Cross. Hebert lived in Japan.
- From 4 p.m. to close tonight, Rock Bottom bartender Joshua Hayden is donating all his tips upstairs at the Ahwatukee location to the Red Cross. There’ll b $2 beer and shot specials.
