David Bickford of the PHX Rail Food blog reports via Twitter (@phxrailfood) Viet Kitchen in downtown Phoenix is making another try at dinner service. The new hours are 10 a.m. t0 8:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
He also noticed a window sign indicating Thai Basil is opening a new location near First Street and Adams, about a half-mile from Thai Elephant.
