Old Town Scottsdale’s newest nightlife – er, make that “daylife” – destination Spanish Fly Mexican Beach Club opens at noon Saturday.
Formerly Drift Lounge, the property has undergone a $2 million renovation that includes addition of a full-size pool, indoor/outdoor bars, a waterfall, VIP cabanas and 30 TVs.
The menu will feature street tacos, sandwiches, ceviches and sushi.
Spanish Fly is from the same guys behind nearby Stingray Sushi, Geisha a Go Go and Jimmy Woo’s.
