Warning: Beware the horseradish at Bison Witches. It’s the devil’s work. Diablo rabano! I would strongly suggest you order it on the side and not on your sandwich. To say it’s on the strong side would make you insane. It’s Chernobyl nuclear horseradish. It’s as if I splitting little horseradish atoms in my mouth. This isn’t Bandera’s horseradish, et. al., cut with a generous portion of sour cream. It’s straight great-guns blazing, nasal-piercing, holy mother of horseradish.
