The owner of ASU hangout Barney’s Boathouse plans to open a second location of the restaurant and bar in Old Town Scottsdale this summer.
Chris Barnett has signed a 10-year lease for the two-story building with a rooftop patio that once was Lucky Seven. Most recently it was a used-clothing store, but it has been vacant since 2009.
