Just days after the opening of Spanish Fly Mexican Beach Club in Old Town Scottsdale, a developer has announced plans for another high-end beach club at nearby Stetson Drive and Wells Fargo Avenue.
Developer Shawn Yari says a former medical office will be converted into Scottsdale Beach Club, which will have a resort-style pool, four bars, a floating stage, the state’s largest LED video screen, a full restaurant, a poolside taco bar and a clubhouse with video games, billiards, shuffleboard and TVs:
It’s a day place and a nighttime place. Maybe a girlfriend and a boyfriend come, and the girlfriend wants to lay out and the boyfriend wants to watch an NFL game, you’re going to get both experiences. That’s the idea.
Yari’s company, Triyar, developed the Scottsdale W Hotel and a nearby complex that includes just-opened Majerle’s Sports Grill and El Hefe Super Macho Taqueria.
