Waste Not is a Valley non-profit that collects an average of 6,000 pounds of excess perishable food daily from restaurants, grocers and various food purveyors and delivers it to more than 100 agencies that feed the hungry.
This month, they’re teaming up with 10 Valley restaurants in a “Step Up to the Plate for Waste Not” fundraiser. Each restaurant is offering a special dish, and 50% of proceeds from the dish will go to Waste Not.

Beckett’s Table: Wood Fired Mussels ($18)
