Cycle, the downtown Phoenix “pop-up” restaurant that launched 10 days ago, is looking for guest chefs, bartenders and food trucks to participate.
The concept has gotten off to an inauspicious start: The scheduled chef bailed before opening weekend, and there was no chef for the second weekend.
The Cycle website lists Stratta Bella – something we’ve never heard of and can’t find via Google – as the food provider this weekend.
