The Arizona Biltmore’s Frank & Albert’s is doing a four-course dinner paired with beers from Four Peaks Brewing at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 28. Cost is $42 plus tax and tip.
The menu:
- 1st course: Tillamook cheddar beer soup, crispy cheese curds and chives. With Sunbru.
- 2nd course: Duck & foie dog, sea-salted pretzel bun, seeds ‘n’ suds slaw, warm tarragon potoato salad and foie gras. With 8th Street Ale.
- 3rd course: Fish & Chips: Alaskan halibut, malt vinegar, crispy rosemary potato wedges and caper-Arizona orange aioli. With Kilt Lifter.
- 4th course: Cupcake in a Jar: Vanilla bean sponge cake, passion fruit, preserved lemon cookies and toasted nut crunch. With Hop Knot IPA.
