Rancho de Tia Rosa, the popular Mexican restaurant, has opened its third full-fledged East Valley restaurant at Germann and Dobson in Chandler.
The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, is in a small complex on the northeast corner with recently opened Oregano’s, BLD and Uncle Bear’s.
Tia Rosa, which has a stand-alone taqueria next to its original Mesa restaurant, opened two Gilbert locations last year: a taqueria (Gilbert and Baseline) and a full restaurant (Higley and Guadalupe).
