A few seats remain for Il Vinaio‘s five-course Maryhill Winery dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The Washington winemaker will present  six wines. Cost is $75 per person.
The menu:
- Reception (6 p.m.): Rose of Sangiovese
- 1st course: Geoduck sashimi withViognier
- 2nd course: Pan-seared halibut & green apple slaw with Winemaker’s White Blend
- 3rd course: Whole BBQ prawn & corn on the cob withSangiovese
- 4th course: Bison rib roast, braised Walla Walla onion & red wine demi with Cabernet Franc
- Dessert: Huckleberry scone, dark chocolate sauce & cream cheese with Syrah
