Joyce Vineyards from California’s Carmel Valley will be featured at a four-course wine dinner at Crudo at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 19.
The menu:
- 1st course: Butterfish crudo with pickled green garlic, olive oil and arugula. Paired with Santa Lucia Highlands Chardonnay.
- 2nd course: Soft scrambled eggs with truffle and Maya’s chives. With Francis Merlot.
- 3rd course: Polpettone con puré di patate (Italian meat loaf with mashed potatoes). With Black Mountain Pinot Noir.
- 4th course: Tracey Dempsey Original dessert. With Pudding Wine.
