Postino founder Craig DeMarco is scheduled to open his new concepts – Windsor and Churn – Monday, April 25, on Central Avenue just north of Camelback in Phoenix.
Windsor is a restaurant with a menu of what DeMarco calls “glorified bar food” and wines served on tap. Churn is an old-school soda fountain serving eight flavors of homemade ice cream.
The side-by-side businesses will be housed in a 1940s-era building.
