Zaytoon Kabob Bistro, which offers a large menu of Mediterranean and Persian food, has opened a second Valley location at 48th Street and Chandler Boulevard in Ahwatukee.
A number of kabobs – beef tenderloin (pictured), ground beef, lamb, chicken, shrimp and fish – are available as wraps or entrees. There also are daily specials, including an eggplant stew on Wednesdays and chicken in pomegranate-and-walnut sauce on Sundays.
Zaytoon’s original location is at Tatum and Greenway in Phoenix. A third location is scheduled to open soon near 16th Street and Camelback in Phoenix.
