The Lodge and SanTan Brewing are pairing up for a three-course wild game dinner at the Old Town Scottsdale restaurant at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 27. Cost is $30.
- 1st course: Handmade venison sausage & tender cabbage poached in SanTan’s Hefeweizen and finished with a savory mustard cream. Paired with SanTan’s Epicenter Ale.
- 2nd course: Venison Wellington: A venison “filet” wrapped in a flaky pastry crust with whipped mashed potatoes, sauteed baby spinach & Hefeweizen citrus demi glace. Paired with SanTan’s Devil’s Ale.
- 3rd course: Chocolate pudding cake with Irish stout mocha sauce. Paired with SanTan’s Gordo stout.
